Katherine Dent

Katherine Dent joined Jonah Energy as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 2026. She oversees the company's Human Resources and Information Technology functions, helping ensure Jonah's people, systems, and processes support the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Katherine has more than 25 years of HR and executive leadership experience across manufacturing, software, and financial services. She most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer for a global manufacturing company with operations across the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Poland, China, and Vietnam.

In that role, Katherine served on the company's board of directors and led human resources, information technology, compliance, and administrative functions across its six-country footprint.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism and a Masters of Education in HR and Organizational Development from Colorado State University.
