Wyoming

Our operations are located in the Green River Basin of Western Wyoming in the Jonah Field and Pinedale Anticline. The Green River Basin produces roughly 50% of Wyoming’s natural gas. We currently operate over 2,600 wells within approximately 30,000 acres producing from the Lance Formation. 95% of our production is on federal lands.

The Normally Pressured Lance (NPL) or Jonah Extension Project encompasses 140,859 acres immediately south and west of the existing Jonah Field. Long-term development potential includes a maximum of 3,500 directionally drilled wells to produce natural gas and oil. The project, currently in an exploratory phase, includes significant environmentally sustainable practices.

New Mexico

Our New Mexico asset is in the heart of New Mexico’s Delaware Basin, part of the greater Permian Basin. The Delaware Basin produces 29% of all Permian Basin crude oil production.

Our operations include 161 operated wells and 39 non-operated wells producing from the Avalon, Bone Spring and Wolfcamp formations. The assets consist of a consolidated position of approximately 3,800 net acres, with the operated position entirely on state leases in Lea County, New Mexico.
